Jackson Hill runs parallel to Shepherd between Washington Av and Memorial Drive.
It's a few blocks east of Shepherd, that is, towards downtown.  The Council building is nearly at Memorial.

If you'd like to help work the Citywide events, volunteers huddle at 6:30 PM the Tuesday before the second Saturday events each month at the Post Oak Club, which is now at Post Oak and Hempstead Highway in the NWMall.
